In a world ravaged by a virus infection, turning its victims into the Undead, Alice continues on her journey to find survivors and lead them to safety. A new lead that promises a safe haven from the Undead leads them to Los Angeles, but when they arrive the city is overrun by thousands of Undead and Alice and her comrades are about to step into a deadly trap.

It is revealed that Javier came about to reunite Krauser and Leon in a setting. He is a South American drug baron who has been controlling a large area of jungle by having more power than the local government and so it up to Leon and Krauser to put a stop to him and thus they are called in to this new setting.

Javier’s backstory is quite similiar to the sterotypical South American drug lord ideal; his product, poluting the countries round about, nothing being done until it hits the US, wherupon the US government decides to send in some special agents. Javier is getting extremely rich very quickly and so has amassed enough wealth to buy his own private army and fortify his base of operations. He is a wanted criminal in many countries, and is an uncommonly cruel man. Leon and Krauser won’t have an easy time getting their hands on Javier in the dense, unfamiliar jungle. This ability to slip through the fingers of justice and gather other criminals is not something an ordinary person could accomplish. Javier has achieved his goals through the use of violence and strict control of the region. He rewards those who submit to him, and brutally punishes anyone who stands in his way, making harsh examples of anyone who opposes him. He rules his dominion through fear. However, the drug lord has not been seen in public recently. What could he be doing in the depths of the jungle?

The US government has received intel that an ex-Umbrella scientist has entered the region and with further mumblings that some strange things are happening, Leon and Krauser are sent in to find out what is going on.
